Today, as we celebrate J2 Software’s 19th anniversary, I'm filled with immense pride and loads of gratitude. What we have been able to achieve is really amazing and even more than I had planned back in 2006. We have managed to do what only 13,000 odd businesses in South Africa, and apparently 4% in the developed economies, have achieved. Do I pinch myself, well no because it isn’t a dream, this is our reality because of the outstanding team that surrounds our global business.
Reflecting on our journey from a modest warehouse setup in Honeydew to a growing global cybersecurity presence, it's remarkable to see how far we've come. Our commitment to protecting our clients' information and preventing insider risks has been unwavering since day one.
Over the years, we've expanded our reach, now operating in multiple cities and serving over 700 clients across five continents. This growth is a testament to the dedication and resilience of our diverse team, who embody our ethos of Getting Stuff Done (#GSD). The relentless pursuit of excellence has been instrumental in over-servicing our customers and making a genuine difference in their daily operations. I cannot explain how excited I am that we are in the business of keeping businesses in business by stopping cyber attacks from taking them out.

As we look ahead, our goals are ambitious and, admittedly, a bit daunting. As the saying goes, if your goals don't scare you a little, they're not big enough. We're committed to continuous growth, innovation, and providing real value to our team and clients. The challenges we've faced have been immense and coming out on the other side has only strengthened our resolve and adaptability. The team are the picture of resilience, it is not only what we provide it is who we are.

A couple of naïve youngsters taking a step into the unknown all those years ago. We are still learning and I remember all the bruises. My children are adults now and they have seen me at the lowest and highest points throughout. Thank you for the support.
