Maintenance and Support
J2 Software provides business hour technical support to all our customers across the full range of products and services offered. The license maintenance entitles customers to software updates and upgrades at no additional charge. Each solution has their own requirements:
The current entitlements of J2 Standard Support program:
- Telephone assistance is available during standard business hours. Our LOCAL support engineers manage the calls. Each call is tagged with a severity in discussion with our customers
- Software subscription: Product enhancement and major upgrades and maintenance releases are available for all supported and licensed product at no additional cost. Product maintenance releases include new functionality, upgrades, patches and workarounds.
- Technical Assistance: J2 Software differentiates our service offering and provides additional onsite technical visits as part of the package. These visits are managed and planned ahead of time and ensure you continually get maximum benefit from your information security investment without any additional hassle.
